Carolina Wildfire is named after the Smokejumper firefighter's method of fighting wildfires by parachuting out of airplanes into a forest fire and fighting the fire.  As the wildfire can sneak up on a Smokejumper firefighter, so does the heat from the flavor of this hot sauce, and it lasts for a few minutes!  This is a combination of the same sweet ingredients of Smokejumper Hot Sauce and the hottest pepper in the world, the Reaper!  Talk about a sweet heat!!  This sauce is LOW SODIUM, LOW FAT!!
